Our client is an international trading company focused on marketing and distributing renowned international skincare brands from all over the world to Asia. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals
  • Take responsibility for enhancing brand positioning, increasing brand awareness, and improving brand equity
  • Supervise stock forecasts and manage inventory effectively, while monitoring sales performance and controlling the A&P budget
  • Identify untapped market segments and explore new business opportunities to expand the local portfolio
  • Lead efforts to boost brand sales, profitability, and market share
  • Take ownership of brand/product launches and manage year-round promotional campaigns from conception to execution
  • Monitor market trends, conduct consumer market research, and analyze competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines in all communication
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of implemented strategies
  • Foster and nurture relationships with brand Principals, trade partners, and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or other related disciplines and have a minimum of 6 years' experience in brand management and brand building in the skincare/beauty Industry.

Strong project management and multi-tasking.

Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
