Job Description



  • Assist the Senior Case Management Manager in leading a subgroup of Case Managers to implement a new business case management service for the relevant business channel.


  • Monitor production quality closely and serve as an advisor, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to team members regarding their daily activities.


  • Effectively manage and coordinate with the Underwriting team throughout the end-to-end new business process to meet business targets.


  • Update procedures promptly to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct training as necessary.


  • Regularly review workflow processes and recommend enhancements to improve team efficiency and productivity.


  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners on assigned projects to effectively achieve and implement business initiatives.


  • Process new applications in line with underwriting, compliance, and regulatory requirements, adhering to the agreed service lead times.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.


  • Solid experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients.


  • Over 2 years of experience in team leadership and stakeholder management, demonstrating strong business acumen.


  • Proven knowledge of processing HNW new business life insurance applications is preferred; experience in HNW policy servicing will also be considered.


  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that daily case management activities, servicing, and projects are delivered with high quality and timeliness.


  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
