Job Description

  • Support the coordination of projects and activities across internal teams.
  • Oversee significant initiatives and projects within the Real Estate Division, focusing specifically on asset enhancement and portfolio diversification.
  • Contribute to the development of the property and portfolio strategy, aligning investment directions and selecting potential strategic partners.
  • Report to top management regularly and conduct the feasibility analysis reports.
  • Manage due diligence for approved real estate projects, including investment value analysis, risk assessment, cost determination, and preparation of investment analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with external consultancy for potential real estate projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying or Real Estate
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in developer or consultancy firm
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
