The role also involves coordinating research interviews, organizing events, managing the CRM system, and supporting internal and external communications on platforms such as WeChat. Additionally, the position requires drafting press releases and maintaining the firm's website content.The Successful ApplicantThe qualified candidate should have completed undergraduate degree and at least 4-5 years of experience in law firms' BD department. Strong writing skills in English and Chinese are required. Native Mandarin speakers are preferred. The candidate should have gained soft skills, such as organization, project management, and stakeholder management, throughout his/her prior experience. Some degree of flexibility is required to share workload with colleagues.
