This role is critical in leveraging technology to enhance service delivery, operation efficiency, and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionTechnology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives of our logistics operations, prioritizing innovation and scalability.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of systems and applications.Project Management: Manage and drive IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while meeting operational requirements.Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.Data Security: Implement and uphold robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive company and client information.Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to support business needs and strategic initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly regarding data management and security.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the logistics or 3PL industry.
