Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for a wide range of products, taking into account factors such as historical sales data, market trends, production plans, and customer orders.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to establish optimal inventory targets and replenishment plans, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and location.
  • Analyze inventory data, identify trends and patterns, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in demand, adjusting inventory plans and production schedules accordingly to maintain a healthy balance between supply and demand.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and customers to understand market-specific dynamics and incorporate their insights into the planning process.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to generate reports, visualizations, and key performance indicators to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 yeas of experience as a Supply Planner, Demand Planner or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning modules is a plus
