About Our Client

Our client is a leading sourcing office dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their clients in the retail industries. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient production processes. they are seeking a skilled Production Merchandiser to join their team and manage the entire order lifecycle from sample approval to shipment delivery.

Job Description

  • Manage the entire order process from sample approval through to shipment delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that samples meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to monitor production progress, address any issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all products meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
  • Assist in resolving any production-related issues that arise during the lifecycle of the order.
  • Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients regarding order status and delivery timelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production merchandising, preferably within the apparel or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of the production process, from sample development to shipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
