Job Description

1. Responsible for sourcing strategies and plans to drive growth for the company.

2. Make effective sourcing operation plans to ensure customer satisfaction

3. Develop product solutions to ensure that the product innovation and quality are achieved.

4. Develop and maintain good supplier relationship.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor degree and above.

2. 15+ years of experience in dealing with Europe/US retailers, brands in sourcing/trading/product companies.

3. 15+ years of management experience.

4. Rich experience in sourcing with good track record.

5. Strong leadership, and communication skills.
