Job Description

  • Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues, designing tools and automation for problem prevention.
  • Assist support teams with cloud (AWS) questions and problem resolution.
  • Manage security-related settings of the cloud (AWS) environment.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and maintain the cloud (AWS) infrastructure.
  • Implement automated monitoring and reporting of cloud (AWS) infrastructure health, performance, and cost control.
  • Manage the stability and optimization of cloud (AWS) systems.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code to improve the efficiency of cloud (AWS) operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead the cloud (AWS) operation team to provide 24/7 support and meet SLAs.
  • Coordinate project management activities for cloud program implementation.
  • Establish partnerships with vendors and system integrators.
  • Manage ongoing cloud (AWS) services and incidents.
  • Support cloud (AWS) projects and existing Business Units.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Risk & Security policies.
  • Support cloud (AWS) architecture and solutions across various markets.
  • Support cloud project rollout in various markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with over 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • ITIL foundation certification and AWS/Azure certification preferred.
  • Experience in a regional hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in cloud (AWS) services, containers, orchestration tools, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Project management skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomous and eager to learn.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
