About Our Client

We have several system analyst roles (Senior SA, SA, and Junior SA) available for a large-scale, multi-year, multi-phase Government systems integration initiative, encompassing all stages of the SDLC;

The project incorporates various technologies such as development, big data, AI & LLM, RPA, etc;
Depending on the role, the selected candidate will be accountable for one or more of the following areas:

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison with users regarding requirements, testing, and systems implementation specifics;
  • Oversee onshore and offshore software package subcontractors and/or development teams;
  • Testing, documentation, user training, and various project-related documentation;
  • Planning implementation specifics;
  • Mentoring developers and overseeing application deployment;
  • Participate in the ongoing maintenance team.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or a related field;
  • At least 6 years of Software Development within Government/ Commercial Business;
  • Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • 2- 6 years experience in Software development (Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, MySQL, Microservices);
  • Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
  • Quality assurance and testing;
  • Experience in leading small teams;
  • Capable of working independently while being an effective team collaborator;
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
  • Experience with government projects would be an additional advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Analyst Programmer
