Our client is an international conglomerate.

Job Description

- Overseeing HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping,

- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including safety standards in the industry,

- Developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture,

- Planning and organizing employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs,

- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for various roles,

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs,

- Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies,

- Coordinating with external training providers or developing in-house training resources as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Garduated from a reputable university in Human Resources, Law or business administration, you have a minimum of 15 years experience at HR management level, with at least 10 years in Angola.

English & Portuguese fluency are required.

The role is based in Cabinda on residential status.
