Our client is a leading real estate and property developer, they are looking for a talented Assistant Sales Manager to join their dynamic team to contribute the comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Conduct feasibility studies, market research analysis, and develop sales schemes to support new property projects launch.
  • Closely monitor market activities and trends to provide strategic insights.
  • Review development plans and design layouts, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Liaise with the projects teams to deliver high-quality pre-sales and post-sales service.
  • Support the Sales Manager in strategic planning, manpower and logistics arrangement for new residential launch projects.
  • Act as the sales team supervisor to motivate sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's (Honours) Degree in Business/ Real Estate/ Marketing, or a related business discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Highly motivated and well organised, able to work independently and proactively in handling large scale and prestigious property development projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
  • 5 day work week; willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
