Job Description

This role involves leading and ensuring the overall success of the organization by driving the development and execution of both long-term and short-term business strategies with primary responsibility to achieve key objectives, including revenue and profitability targets. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the regional team to deliver the company's results effectively. This role will be reporting to the President/Board of Directors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated success as a CEO or in another executive leadership role
  • Experience in digital transformation
  • Extensive experience in crafting and implementing profitable business strategies with deep understanding of corporate finance and performance management
  • Broad knowledge across various business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and human resources, with a preference for hands-on management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
