Job Description

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive business performance and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Spearhead the launch of sales initiatives to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in the market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other channel partners to optimise market coverage and sales outcomes.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver profitable sales, expand the customer base, and nurture long-term account relationships in existing and emerging market segments.
  • Pinpoint new business development prospects and foster partnerships to expand the company's presence and market share.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue generation and achieve long-term strategic goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
  • At least 15 years of commercial experience in FMCG sector.
  • Extensive commercial background in Greater China market is a must.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing robust retailer and distributor networks.
  • Established track record in leading and inspiring high-performing sales, supply chain, product development teams.
  • Proven abilities in strategic account management, business development, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytically mindset, outstanding leadership skills, and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Frequently travel is required.
  • Based in South China.
