Job Description

  • Responsible for the food business across all channels.
  • Co-work with Marketing\Region Sales\KA\Supply\Fin to achieve the growth target and optimize the spending.
  • Lead the category distribution strategy by channel, including the Assortment\MSL\PPA\Price etc.
  • Responsible for the NPD launch, including market study\channel plan\price and display etc.
  • Responsible for the promotion, including activities design\the spending control\the KPI setting and tracking\the results review and improve, also co-work with Region and KA team to improve the tailor made efficient.
  • Lead the display program to ensure the display with assigned cost.

The Successful Applicant

  • Nice and warm personality.
  • Solid experiences of trade marketing with KA sales background from FMCG industry, experiences in food industry is highly preferred.
  • Good cross functional communication experiences.
  • Bachelor education.
