About Our Client

My client is a boutique size asset management firm headquartered in China. They have about 15 staff in their Hong Kong office with over 200million USD in AUM. They have SFC license type 1 4 9 and are strong in mutual funds.

Job Description

  • Report directly to the CEO in a standalone compliance role
  • this role will be responsible for the daily compliance duties including AML/KYC, SFC regulatory compliance, investment compliance, and CPT training
  • the different types of funds include SFC authorised funds, mutual funds, UCITS funds, and Cayman Funds
  • assist in legal work when necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • bachelor degree
  • minimum 7-10+ years of asset management compliance experience
  • must have knowledge in mutual funds
  • must be able to work independently
  • must be able to speak and write Chinese; speak basic mandarin
