As the HR Head for South Korea, you will report to the APAC HRVP and be responsible for all HR-related matters in the South Korea region.

Job Description

1.Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals for the South Korea region, ensuring alignment with group HR policies and adapting to local business needs.
2.Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates to meet business needs.
3.Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including identifying skills gaps and supporting future growth through talent management and succession planning.
4.Ensure HR policies and practices are legally compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
5.Manage employee relations, foster a positive work environment and employee engagement by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
6.Lead the implementation of the performance management process, ensuring that employee's goals are aligned with business objectives and that evaluations are fair and transparent.
7.Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
8.Collaborate with the global HR team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligned with local market standards and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in South Korea, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
3.Strong knowledge of South Korean labor laws and HR compliance.
4.Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
5.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and employees at all levels.
6.Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
7.Experience working in a multinational company, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
