About Our Client

My client has over 40 stores in Hong Kong; is looking for a training expert to manage its entire region training standard and the smooth running of the department.

Job Description

Lead of training experts in:

  • Formulate and execute sales training strategies and plans that are aligned with global brand standards
  • Work closely with CEO to identify training needs of various level of staff to achieve excellent softskill sets objectives
  • Review and improve the Company training policies, work flow and procedures
  • Responsible for developing, organising, and delivering training programs to front line staff, including the Mystery Shopper Program
  • To maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operating procedures and instructions.
  • Manage training budgets and monitor the expenses throughout budget reviews and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education in Learning and Development or Talent Management related experience
  • Experience in retail Industry and chain stores is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
