About Our Client

Our client is a listed leading manufacturing group in the world with large market coverage in the industry. They are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all-round HR operations across the Hong Kong, China, and Singapore markets. This role will encompass the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefit and talent management. The HR Manager will work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to align talent planning with business needs and initiate innovative talent programs.

Job Description

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with local regulations and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Build and maintain succession planning frameworks to ensure a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to discuss talent planning, workforce needs, and HR initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to support business decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on operational HR management across multiple regions (preferably Hong Kong, China, and Singapore).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the respective markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must.
