About Our Client

My client a top retailer in Hong Kong; is looking for 4 x Category Specialist for different sections in the supermarket.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the portfolio from forecasting/OTB plans, in order to drive the sales growth and maximise the portfolio
  • Establish and maintain effective pricing strategy to maximise business profits
  • Align and actualise the overall sourcing strategies for the retail business.
  • Purchase order proposals, stock management and KPI control;
  • Source new and emerging category/brand to introduce to the business
  • Provide training to retail staff on new products

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 - 7 years category management experience gained from FMCG industry
  • Strong numeric sense and analytic skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
