Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the marketing team including oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and enhance customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of solid experience within financial sector. Experience of promoting financial apps will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong customer-focused approach to providing high-quality service to clients.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
