Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales planning for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
  • Negotiate with major dealers on a monthly basis through various programs.
  • Oversee dealer purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Implement and manage sales rebate schemes for dealers.
  • Drive business development through the expansion of online and offline channels.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team on promotional activities with dealers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers through regular communication and visits.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for managerial review.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in photographic, consumer electronics, IT, or peripheral products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the trade with established connections and networks.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain sales relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Energetic and able to work collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
