About Our Client

Our client is a large scale commercial enterprise. They are currently hiring a IT Application Manager to lead a team and look after Supply Chain Tower with focus on PO and vendor management systems.

Job Description

  • Lead Business System Analysts to implement WMS (PO and vendor management) and digital solutions for clients.
  • Logistics project implementation and management using Agile/ Hybrid methodology
  • Capture and analyze warehouse operation and client integration requirement, with documentation
  • Work with external vendor to coordinate project development and schedule
  • Manage in-house development team in China and vendors
  • As Application Owner to perform system support, testing and training


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Information System, Computer Science
  • 6+years of experience in as IT Business Analyst /System Analyst/ Project Manager in Logistics Applications
  • Track record in driving IT customer solutions (supply chain)/ WMS (PO & vendor management) projects
  • Hands on with SQL, EDI data mapping process
  • Track record in managing development team on application design and development
  • Analytical, proactive team-player with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with strong capability in user communication and expectation management
  • Dynamic with regional/ global project exposure is a plus
  • Freight forwarding background is a huge plus
  • Strong in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
