Job Description

  • Drive the technical strategy and solution direction as the technical lead.
  • Manage offshore resources to oversee project development and ensure timely and within-budget system implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure that the system solution aligns with business requirements by reviewing technical specifications, including function specifications and user stories.
  • Support supervisors in preparing project documents such as work schedules, burn charts, tracking status reports, production rollout plans, etc.
  • Conduct code reviews and SIT reviews to guarantee that the quality of deliverables meets the specified requirement



The Successful Applicant

  • University/College graduate in Computing/IT or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role leading development teams.
  • Deep understanding of different phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
  • Solid working experience with ReactJS, Java EE, Spring Cloud, and Drool framework.
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud technology and implementation is preferable.
