A thriving financial technology company operating in a highly regulated environment. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage their IT compliance program.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external IT audits and assessments.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for IT compliance matters with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage issue remediation and track progress towards resolution.
  • Develop and manage the IT compliance monitoring program.
  • Establish and maintain the IT policy framework.
  • Maintain a library of IT and cybersecurity governance documents.
  • Manage the mapping of policies and control requirements.



The Successful Applicant

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in IT compliance, audit management, and policy development within the financial services industry. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM) are required.
