Our client is a well-established International Bank/Securities. Currently, they are looking for a Corporate Actions associate to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Prepare reports and files for clients, banks, vendors, and other parties on various corporate actions
  • Create analysis reports and shareholder lists for clients
  • Coordinate daily tasks with Operations teams.
  • Ensure corporate events meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate shareholder data in accordance with audit processes.
  • Provide timely support for special client requests.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
