A leading Chinese technology venture capital in Hong Kong, with strong presence in mainland China and over billions USD of AUM in total.

Job Description

  • In accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), communicate and maintain relationships with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and regulatory authorities to ensure business operations are compliant.
  • Assist in handling licensing matters for Hong Kong companies, including submitting relevant license applications to the SFC, answering SFC inquiries, managing communications with the SFC, and regularly reporting the company's financial status to the SFC.
  • Handle licensing matters, notifications, annual reports, and investigations, and provide other ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Responsible for internal compliance management, compliance processes, drafting and updating compliance documents, training, etc., in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal compliance needs.
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including drafting materials for board and shareholder meetings, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Assist with the company's financial and tax-related matters.
  • Responsible for the daily operational tasks of the office.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, taxation, law, auditing, or related fields.
  • SFC licenses 4 and 9 holder
  • Familiar with the supervision and regulatory policies of the Hong Kong asset management market, possessing good knowledge of financial markets and strong compliance awareness.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate in Mandarin for work purposes.
  • Honest and responsible, with good teamwork spirit and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experiences in asset management, etc.
