About Our Client

An Alternative Investment arm of a prestige family office in Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • To assist the COO in the operations of the family office, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices
  • To prepare regular reports on various COO matters in order to inform decision-making
  • Work closely with investment teams, compliance officers, and client service teams to ensure alignment of operations with business objectives
  • Lead and manage multiple ad-hoc projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide support to client services including the set up of family network connections

The Successful Applicant

  • A University Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a financial services or asset management firm
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, investment products, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
