My client is a leading boutique European Corporate Investment Bank. They have about 200 staff based in Hong Kong and have offices globally.

Job Description

  • Report directly to the head of compliance whilst managing one junior staff
  • Mainly focus on providing markets compliance advisory for their OTC, Bonds, FX products
  • handle MiFID regulations for Europe
  • take part in central compliance duties when necessary including regulatory liaison, licensing, etc
  • ad hoc compliance projects when necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • bachelor degree
  • minimum 5+ years of markets compliance experience
  • must have sound knowledge of OTC, Bonds, FX products
  • must be fluent and articulate in English
  • must have strong regulatory/compliance advisory background
