Our client is a key financial regulator in Hong Kong with significant influence globally. They are looking for a junior Project Manager who has solid knowledge in DevOps and IT Automation (Jenkins, Ansible) to manage related projects. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience either as a business analyst or project manager, knowledge and an advocate for DevOps and Automation, and superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Gather business/user requirements and develop project plans
  • Resource allocation
  • Manage and work with stakeholders to find opportunities that bring business value
  • Advocate for the usage of DevOps best practices and IT automation throughout the business
  • Find new and innovative ways for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with different parties (IT, Legal, Compliance, vendors) to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Monitor project timeline
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience as a project manager or business analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or any relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, project planning, resources allocation, stakeholder management
  • Solid knowledge or experience in DevOps and Automation (Jenkins/Ansible, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
