Our client is a leading personal care brand who has growing business in APAC regions and internationally. They are now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the regional team to manage the new product launch, drive strategic partnership and collaboration with brands.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the overseas market, aligning with global objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to create innovative products that meet consumer needs and preferences in the region.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and making data-driven decisions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the consumer goods or personal care industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in the overseas market is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for leading and motivating teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Chinese.
