About Our Client

My client is a luxury fashion brand and is looking for an experience luxury retail specialist to head the business - managing retail operations to office function

Job Description

  • Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve KPIs
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
  • Manage merchandising teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Initiate innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with company goals

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in retail management
  • Strong business acumen and analytic mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
