Job Description

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery (60%)

  • Lead technical strategy and solution architecture
  • Manage offshore development teams and resources
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct feasibility studies and solution design reviews
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables
  • Review technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Oversee code reviews and system integration testing
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation



Vendor Management (25%)

  • Oversee vendor deliverables and quality assurance
  • Optimize implementation costs and resource utilization
  • Provide technical guidance for issue resolution
  • Support end-user queries and technical requirements



Governance & Compliance (15%)

  • Ensure compliance with company architecture, security, and infrastructure standards
  • Support additional strategic initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience
  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience
  • 2+ years in a technical team lead role
  • Proven full-stack development experience with:
    • ReactJS
    • Java EE
    • Spring Cloud
    • Drools framework
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
