About Our Client

My client is in the FMCG industry, the joint venture is between 2 leading brands and they are looking to grow their Asia presence. They would like a HR officer to join the business to support the business needs. This is an all rounded HR role - and will only require someone around 4 years experience in HR.

Job Description

The HR Officer will have the following requirements

  • To handle full cycle recruitment cycle, sourcing, on boarding, off boarding etc
  • C&B- to review current benefits and to check against market updates regarding medical, MPF and other benefits
  • Employee engagement - to assist with the annual employee engagement survey, speak up campaigns
  • DEI to assist with incentives around diversity and inclusion internally
  • Working with external vendors
  • Preparing payroll to be outsourced

The Successful Applicant

The HR officer will have the following requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources or relevant
  • Over 3 years experience in HR - ideally in a generalist role
  • Strong communication skills -fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • A team player, can take initiative and organised
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
