About Our Client

My client is a retail company and they are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR professional to join them as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Assistant Manager.
As an HRBP Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of their HR team, collaborating with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support their retail operations across HK and Macau. You will have the opportunity to influence talent management strategies, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the success of their diverse workforce.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead HR programs to enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention within the retail sector
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the execution of performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR teams globally to share best practices and drive consistency in HR processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and retail HR trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Experience in managing HR projects and driving change initiatives
