Our client is a well-established organization with global presense. This new position will be leading the IT architecture for the region and help further grow the business's presence and empower financial institutions with actionable insights and Fintech strategies.

Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in IT architecture and engineering roles with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
  • Extensive experience in spanning business to technology boundaries to deliver enterprise value.
  • Deep understanding of various technologies, including cloud computing, distributed systems, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present to architectural governance bodies.
  • Experience with complex portfolios and strict architectural and security standards.
  • Proficiency in developing and applying architectural patterns and standards across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the technical components in application delivery and support.
  • Experience across network management, middleware design, and information analysis

The Successful Applicant

  • The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage these diverse interactions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment with business priorities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other directors and senior leadership to ensure architecture is aligned with governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of enterprise architecture to business, technology and project teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, articulating complex technical concepts effectively.
