Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze trading patterns and behaviors to identify potential market abuse or regulatory breaches.
  • Investigate and escalate any suspicious trading activities or anomalies promptly to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance trade surveillance processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to ensure the effectiveness of surveillance strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on trade surveillance findings to management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Participate in risk assessment and mitigation activities to strengthen the overall risk management framework.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in trade surveillance or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
