Job Description

  • Data Collection: Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather consumer insights.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors of consumers.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align consumer insights with business objectives.
  • Consumer Segmentation: Develop consumer segments based on demographics, psychographics, and buying behaviors to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Presentation: Present research findings to management and other departments, providing actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer research methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, market analysis, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be native in Mandarin
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
