About Our Client

Our client is a sizable HK-listed manufacturing company with a large finance team that provides great regional exposure and learning, they are hiring a Finance Manager.

Job Description

  • Oversee financial and accounting operations for Groups, coordinating annual audits and interim reviews.
  • Conduct financial due diligence, cash flow analysis, and asset valuations.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, managing syndicated and bilateral loan arrangements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team in the People's Republic of China.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field, with professional accounting qualifications.
  • At least few years of all-rounded accounting experience at commercial and audit firm trained
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders to realize company objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Display fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
