About Our Client

My Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that is expanding its operations to Hong Kong.

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at their new office in Hong Kong, you will be the sole point of contact for all talent acquisition activities. You will play a critical role in establishing and driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for various positions across functions and geographies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent that aligns with the company's values and culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or setting up recruitment processes from scratch is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
