About Our Client

Our client is a leading international provider of medical and hygiene products that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high-quality healthcare and hygiene products for professional and personal use. They are currently seeking a Product Manager to join their team to develop and execute growth strategy and brand plans in Hong Kong and export countries.

Job Description

  • Create and implement product marketing strategies, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives to achieve profitable revenue and secure a dominant position in the market.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to champion customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and generate competitive analyses to bolster product positioning and foster profitable expansion.
  • Deliver internal training sessions.
  • Track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to adjust strategies and optimize return on investment.
  • Lead product launch initiatives by assessing market potential, delineating market segments, identifying target groups, analyzing competitors, and facilitating effective marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions across all channels.
  • Offer product assistance and collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate medical events, exhibitions, and seminars with well-defined objectives and measurable ROI.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management.

With at least 4 years of marketing experience in healthcare industry.

Nursing or clinical background is highly preferred.

Strong analytical capability and data reporting.

Excellent communication skills with strong presentation (Chinese & English)
