Job Description

  • Provide professional support for the Head of HR and the C-suite management team on manpower planning, workforce optimization, effective execution of HR initiatives to fulfill business objectives
  • Work with the HR counterparts to enhance employee experience, talent development initiatives, and operational efficiency
  • Actively participate in and contribute to support HR projects such as implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis in regards to manpower cost, headcounts, and budget forecast
  • Work closely with HR COE functions to enhance, improve and optimize HR process
  • Support on other ad hoc assignments when required to cope with evolving business needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • Approx. 8-12 years of experience in HRBP function from multinational companies; ideally with experience supporting rapid business expansion
  • Capable in executing HR projects, and performing under fast pace
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, hands on, independent, well-organized with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Polished communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
