Job Description

  • Act as a trusted business advisor for Senior Executives, to develop and formulate HR strategies, policies and procedures to help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
  • Play an active role in partnering with business leaders to perform manpower planning, high performer engagement, employee relations, staff retention and performance management for their manufacturing plants
  • Initiate and drive people development strategy for employee engagement, developing a strong young talent in support of company strategy and priorities
  • Enhance corporate value and culture change to ensure the vision and mission statements are delivered effectively across all levels of employees
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 8 years of human resource business partner experience, regional scope with exposure from manufacturing business is essential
  • Capable in initiating, developing and rolling out people strategies, policies and procedures
  • Able to handle multi projects in a fast changing working environment
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, ambitious and responsible
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management
  • A high proficiency of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
  • Comfortable with Business travel
