Job Description

  1. Provide Customer Service Proposal and Execution:
  • Collaborate with consultants to identify the service needs of entrepreneurial clients, and communicate with the corresponding product service teams to conceptualize service plans in advance
  • Lead the effort to get entrepreneurial clients to sign service intention letters and complete the KYC process for onboarded clients
  • Introduce the product service team, take the lead in facilitating product service team to develop service plans, organize proposals to clients, and execute services based on the client's situation and demands,. Manage client expectations throughout the process, track client feedback, and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
  1. Ongoing Exploration of Client Needs and Services:
  • Engage with all generational members of the controlling families of serviced enterprises, continuously providing updates on the latest services in the Far East entrepreneur service business, matching proposals to client situations and needs;
  • Sign service agreement for new service needs based on existing clients. facilitate the product service team in proposals and service execution, and continuously enhance entrepreneur client satisfaction and recognition;
  • Assist the team in organizing membership management standards for entrepreneurial clients, categorizing and managing memberships based on the overall situation of serviced entrepreneur clients;
  • Regularly summarize the characteristics and needs of serviced entrepreneurs, provide periodic feedback, and assist the product service team in developing and improving service content;
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with entrepreneur clients, continuously improving client profiles as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • 6 years or more of relevant experience in capital markets and wealth management, familiar with market dynamics and trends, and comprehensive understanding of capital markets, family inheritance, asset management, and related services and products. Candidates with experience in overseas family trusts or family offices will be given priority;
  • Candidates with 3 years or more of working experience in Hong Kong are highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service awareness, able to proactively provide value-added services and information from the client's perspective;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, adept at accumulating and mobilizing resources;
  • Strong self-learning and research analysis abilities, organized, and work efficiently;
  • Strong adaptability and stress resistance, able to accommodate frequent travel;
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English;
