If you are experienced in event management for luxury events, exhibition or decoration and would like to have career advancement, please do not hesitate to apply!Job DescriptionThe Associate Event Producer will work closely with the Event Director to plan and manage all aspects of clients' events, including account servicing, budget and timeline oversight, implementation of creative and technical elements, and on-site execution.Ensure seamless event execution to achieve project goals, meet client expectations, and maintain the company's profit margins. This involves setting and maintaining priorities, deadlines, and open communication on every project.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and vendors.Develop proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients; negotiate contracts and invoices with vendors.Create comprehensive work plans and production schedules.Collaborate with the in-house design team to conceptualize, design, and develop technical drawings, floor plans, and renderings for events.Oversee on-site floor management to ensure the event program is implemented according to the plan.Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including contractors, suppliers, and partners.Conduct on-site inspections, oversee venue build-out, manage overnight setup and dismantling, and ensure efficient venue clearing.Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the event day to ensure successful execution.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should come with at least 5 years of experience in Event or Marketing field and have a bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.Experience in luxury events, exhibition or decoration will be beneficial.
