They are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Director to look after end to end supply chain operations

Job Description

  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high standards of service.
  • Enhance order management process to improve accuracy, visibility, and responsiveness to customer demands.
  • Optimize last-mile logistics operations to ensure swift and reliable delivery to end customers, maximizing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience, sustainability, and risk management practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce supply chain management, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Oversee drayage operations to enhance transportation efficiency and minimize lead times between ports and distribution centers.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in senior supply chain management roles within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
