About Our Client

My client is an international sourcing firm with strong local expertise in China. We have 3 office in cover, located in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai to ensure we covering good suppliers in China and SEA, to provide comprehensive sourcing and supply chain operation service for our retialers clients.

Job Description

  1. Create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company's objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  3. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
  4. Provide leadership to the executive team and oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry with a deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Proven management experience at a high executive level, with the capacity to lead diverse teams in MNC.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to envision and communicate the company's future direction.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and ethical behavior, ensuring all operations and processes are conducted responsibly and transparently.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
