My client is a long standing reputable Japanese MNC in the electronics market in the last few decades, they are the expertise within the field and continue to develop great products.

Job Description

  • Handle compensation & benefits functions in HK, such as payroll, pension, tax, leave, employee benefits administration, etc.
  • Support the SAP Success Factor system
  • Compile salary & benefit survey and conduct market benchmarking
  • Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures to meet business requirement and ensure compliance to local legislation
  • Prepare various HR statistical reports for management review
  • Provide general HR support and services to the staff

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary education preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in C&B, preferably in IT / retail / service industry
  • knowledge in using SAP Success Factor
  • Sound knowledge in HK & Macau Employment Ordinance as well as other statutory regulation
  • Good PC skills with strong in MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • A team player with self-initiative.
