Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of IT resources, including hardware, software, and third-party services, ensuring their timely availability and proper utilization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues across various systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and security concepts.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is a plus.
