About Our Client

My client is looking for a passionate beauty expert and manage 2 counters

Job Description

  • Working hours 8 + 1 and 8 days off per week
  • Responsible for sales and promotion of company products
  • Coach and give feedback to the BA to ensure brand standards are achieved
  • Ensure high efficiency of inventory management and stock procedures is in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
  • Drive improvements projects - store operating standards, customer service, VM and stock management

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in retail management
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
  • Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture
